I wrote this with a female voice in mind. It’s meant to be a fun song where love and youth is implied to be fun and messy with no regrets.

When I first moved back to California, I was working 3 jobs for a few years, life was nonstop. I had to drive and walk around during the day on the weekdays when usually, people were inside offices or school. It was very lonely, but also frequently gave me time to reflect. I wondered if my identity was being consumed by my career. It felt directionless.
