Honouring the Spirit of Montségur
This place…one of those which instantly raises your Spirit as you attune to its Spirit. Each time I am here I feel invited to do some kind of ceremony, whether it’s a simple prayer, diving into deep meditation, singing my own kind of songs or expressing my gratitude and just BE.  Climbing the mountain always feels like a ritual in itself…as if you are being cleansed…prepared… purified before you reach the top.  I am aware this is the way it feels for me and not (on a conscious level) for all (touristic) visitors. However…I also have the impression one can hardly be here and nót be impacted by the energies present here. They breathe wholeness and holiness… During our ‘Mystical Magdalene Pilgrimage’ coming May (13-20) this place is one of the many Sacred sites we will visit and honour; Château Montségur. It is situated at the top of a peculiar shaped mount and is famous for it’s history with the Cathars (we’ll tell you more about that once you’re here).  You may feel drawn to this place, without mentally understanding the why of it. You may feel a pull to find out more...with Love, Ariëtte
