Experimental multi-genre guitarist and composer Ari Joshua is proud to present his latest album, “Meeting of The Minds,” out February 9th, 2023, fresh from Music Factory Records. 
Ari Joshua joins forces with Billy Martin on drums, John Medeski on keyboards, and Jason Fraticelli (Cyro Baptista, Matisyahu) on bass, in order to create this stellar new collection. 
“The inspiration and creative process for this album evolved as it was happening. I composed a fresh set of 20 new songs one week before the recording date, which is something I tend to do, but while we were together in the room, we found a lot of joy through improvising and being present in the moment. There was even a phrase ying around the room at the time, ‘You gotta let that dove y.’ In other words, settle in with the imperfections of the art, and embrace the fact that as long as you are honest and raw, you will discover something more amazing than you had planned" explains Ari. 
"Meeting of the Minds" is a soul-infused collection of 27 segments that document the rst notes the group ever played together. The album was recorded in Woodstock, New York, and the title was conceived by the whimsical and inspiring album art of Burgundy Viscosi, an artist whose work dives deep into an alchemy of philosophy, physics and culture, all dancing together on one canvas. 
"I strive to create visions that help awaken humanity to our collective consciousness through color, intention and play" says Viscosi. 

Meeting of the Minds stands as a testament to what happens when a group of gifted musicians who have musical chemistry get together in one room, in order to create alchemy. The group weaves and bobs between the genres of jam, rock, blues and funk, and the result is a unique and special brand of fusion.
