Galactic Groove Presents the first edition of or mix series sets. 
Here we will present Live and Dj sets from the Galactic Groove Records label artists along with some guest sets from some of our friends and favourite artists involved with other top labels in the night psy scene. 
For our very first edition we feature a new Live set from one of our rising stars on the label & dear friend "Muirakitan" .

The Muirakitan project is composed by multi-instrumentalist musician Eduardo Carvalho, who since 2008 has been acquiring knowledge in music, acting in various hardcore and metalcore bands. His first contact with electronic music was in 2014 when he founded the Psycoativo alias, as a Dj focused on nocturnal sounds. As he always performed with composition in his bands, he soon left for music production, and in 2016 the Muirakitan project was formed,  a project aimed at night lovers, focused on creating a highly psychedelic and impactful atmosphere on the dance floor, leaving everyone in a euphoric trance. who indulge in organic sounds and hypnotic melodies that promise to play with your brain.

O projeto Muirakitan é composto pelo músico multi-instrumentista Eduardo Carvalho, que desde 2008 vem adquirindo conhecimento na música, atuando em variadas bandas de hardcore e metalcore. Iniciou seu contato com a música eletrônica em 2014 quando fundou o projeto Psycoativo, projeto de Dj Set voltado para sons noturnos. Como sempre atuou com composição em suas bandas, logo partiu para a produção musical, e em 2016 surge o projeto Muirakitan, um projeto voltado para os amantes da noite, focado em criar uma atmosfera altamente psicodélica e impactante na pista, deixando em transe eufórico todos que se entregam aos sons orgânicos e melodias hipnóticas que prometem brincar com o seu cérebro.

Eduardo Carvalho is a young music producer from São Paulo, Brazil. With his project Muirakitan, he signed to Galactic Groove Records and Patronus Records and is showcasing there, his exceptional talent in shaping acoustic landscapes and psychedelic dimensions. Muirakitan stands for an explosion of sensation and emotion, with groovy basses, hypnotic melodies and ripping leads, ought to shape a ritualistic atmosphere, connecting to our ancestors and leading it's listener to get in touch with himself through dancing. Being a multi-instrumentalist, Eduardo has a wide range of experiences in making music. Since 2008 he played in various hardcore- and metalcore bands as well as being involved in multiple different projects with furthermore various musical rhythms and themes. He first encountered electronic music in 2014. Following that he started off with a DJ project called Psycoativo, focused on the nightish spectrum of the psytrance arts. Not long after, Muirakitan was born, since composition is one of Eduardos great passion and it did not take long for him to get into producing. Showing exceptional potential since early on, Muiratikan really shines with amazing continuity and power. With his animalistic, organic as synthetic soundscapes he instantly sends you into deep forests, realms of ancient technology and psychedelic landscapes while still providing highly danceable rhythm, drive and never-ending groove.

Mantis is side project of Ilya groove hunter from Russia, Ilya got hooked on psychedelic trance sound in 2005 at that time the artist started studying different sequencers and ways of making a personal unique sound, he start focusing on Mantis project and forest sounds in goa at 2018, same year released his first EP - Natural Carving. In November 2019 was released his full album «Jungle stores» with few collaborations.Mantis immerses you in a deep forest twisted rhythm and surrounds you with natural textures together with fat leads and a tight bassline rhythm.
