More than one year after his latest EP called «Searching», the french producer Deemphasis, is back on his own imprint with a new 4 tracks EP.
Even if all the tracks are very different, they feature his unique sound and rythmic signature, thanks to groovy baselines, subtile distortions, dark vocoders, aerial electronic sounds, and a touch of acidic sounds.
This electro EP is definitely oriented for the dance floor, but the last track, as usual, sounds like a B side track, more personal.

CYRK is a live show and studio duo born from the visions of two Berlin-based producers, Samy Goossens and Pascal Hetzel. They have been playing around the world as a live act, bringing their Detroit-influenced blend of house, techno, acid and electro to some of the world’s best dancefloors. From their extensive hardware set up, they fuse tough, eyes-down grooves with lively basslines and restrained, melodic atmospheres. For our next @DarkScienceElectro premiere, we get an update from one of the godfathers of the ‘Electrobass’ sound that permeated Florida all throughout the 2000’s. Larry McCormick decided to retire his alias @Exzakt to focus on new energy a few years back and we are just recently starting to see the fruits of that labor. During that time he created a good number of tracks that he intends on putting out over a series of releases in the future. This is the second of his ‘Intelectro’ sound focused releases, the first having been on Shipwrec.

‘Eyes On Me’ is one of six tracks on his upcoming release for his own imprint ‘Monotone Records’. This tune represents one of a number of tracks where he concentrated completely on the art of the music as opposed to the expectations he might put on himself for production in previous years as @Exzakt. ‘Eyes On Me’ is a track that has clearly been inspired by old rave tracks from the early 90's which the main synths and leads absolutely reflect. This vinyl was officially launched on 7/23 and is available now.

Hailing from the north of England, he is no stranger to the global electronic music scene yet prefers to remain within the domain of the underground - possessing a true artistic spirit for the simple act of creation. Having released music since the early 200’s on labels such as SCSI-AV, Cheap, Bass Agenda, Earwiggle, Killekill, Mechatronica, Bedouin, Shipwrec, New Flesh and his own imprint Elektronik Religion, Dez needs little introduction and i couldn’t be more pleased to have him onboard.
