Reaching deeper into the darkest depths of dnb, Identity Records calls forth the next purveyor of earth shattering basslines and crackling snares: Buckley. With four fresh tracks exploring every permutation of sound, it's a heavyweight release that hits with the force of a nuclear explosion. 

“Faceless” is the last track of four which brings out an eerie rolling intro that recklessly crashes into a throbbing minimal drop, the kind that sets you ablaze. The furious collage of frenetic drums, warbling FX, and blasts of bass growls make for a tough yet hypnotic tune that seems to go on forever, and one that you wish really would. Subtle shifts in pacing throughout the song further drive home the techy vibes that drive the core of this track.

A true admirer of the versatility intertwined with drum and bass music, Salzburg-based DJ & Producer Ferice's beguiling sonics lay down the foundations for his signature strain of drum and bass music.

Synonymous with a love for the sonics of deep liquid drum and bass, Ferice has been influenced by an array of musical genres. After discovering his effectuation for drum and bass at the age of fifteen, He soon started DJing and producing, quickly becoming a member of BreakfastDNB in 2019. 

With his superb 'Odd Numbrs' EP  introducing the artist to the Transparent Audio family, and we're now delighted to have him back as part of our Diffraction Vol. 001 LP.

Liftin’ Spirits (aka Ant Miles of Origin Unknown), donning his Ironic pseudonym for the first time in many years, provides a rolling VIP that stays close to the original but elevates it.
Friske, one of the most enigmatic artists in drum & bass today, who has remained firmly under the radar despite collaborations with artists like Goldie, offers a reflective, refined rendition reminiscent of Subject 13 and Arctix.
In addition to the three remixes, Persuasion adds a new track, Marked, which rounds off the EP with fierce drums and the “Demon Poetry” sample that inspired the NTS Radio show of the same name.
