Following the opportunity to contribute a track entitled "Surging Waves VA" to a compilation album from the Berlin-based ambient/new age label VAKNAR / VAAGNER, yolabmi has continued to release music on labels outside of his native Japan.

Last year in 2022, he released "For Wind Poetry", a trilogy following "Life in a Shell" announced in 2019 from the same label, and continues to create sounds that expand his own experimentation. 

With a minimal, ambient, and experimental base, he makes audio collages comprised of sounds which he has recorded personally. Concurrent with his musical activity, he also creates his own artwork, assembling visual collages by hand.

https://soundcloud.com/yannis-anft-333486322 represents a musical project of pianist, keyboardist and producer Yannis Anft with roots in Cologne and Berlin.

Anft draws inspiration from his many years of experience as a jazz pianist and a lively interest in other musical genres and art forms, as well as Japanese Zen Buddhism. 

The soundscape of YYARD's productions is characterized by playful textures, pulsating and driving grooves, as well as a loving and detailed sound design. Tempos and genre play a subordinate role. Anft tries to give the listener access to a world of his own, in which you can lose yourself on the dance floor. Also in his DJ sets Anft puts a lot of emphasis on the creation of a welcoming and open vibe, which he creates through the accurately selected tracks from the field of House, Techno or Breakbeat. 

Born in 1993, Anft started playing the piano at the age of 11. From 2013 to 2019, he studied jazz piano at the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz in Cologne, with teachers such as Hubert Nuss and Jürgen Friedrich. Since then he has been active as a pianist, keyboardist and producer. In addition to engagements in numerous side projects based in various genres, he names Hip Hop/Neo Soul act SALOMEA and his own project Delusional Mind as his main projects.

Concerts brought him to stages in Germany, France, Switzerland, Austria, Iceland, Denmark, Morocco and Slovenia.

𝗛ø𝗹𝗹 is a talented DJ and producer based in Prague. He's the founder of the Ruina series and a member of the Radio Labe collective. These days, you can catch him performing live modular sets or delivering thought-provoking DJ sets that blend textural dark drones, IDM, broken left-field rhythms, downtempo, and techno. 

With spring in full swing, we're looking forward to the warm days ahead, and we hope this amazing mix from 𝗛ø𝗹𝗹 gets you in the mood for the season.
