My new single, "Reaching Out" was written from a moment of great impact. I never thought that a moment that could come and go so fast could change everything forever, but it did, and it can. As quick as the bullet took my Dad's life, it was a moment of impact that would last a lifetime. I was ten years old when my dad took his life. He left my mom and 5 children behind.

As does any girl, I think about the day I will marry, and who will walk me down the aisle. I think about my son,and any future children I might have not meeting the man I called dad. I think about my siblings, especially my younger ones, and the moments that they would need him most, and he wouldn't be there. I thought about all the times I would be sure to need him, and be left with memories instead. A pretty, perfect picture not so pretty or perfect anymore. It was clear to me that nothing in this life was ever guaranteed. I saw it all run through my hands like sand. I try to brush off the dust as the memories fade, and try to understand all the open, unanswered questions I so deeply wanted closure for.

I wrote this song to reflect the heart of a girl desperately reaching out. It was a moment of impact that lead to what seemed a never ending train of explosives. There were so many times I felt hushed out, unseen and unheard, but the pages my writing hit, heard everything. Like a paint brush on a canvas; a moment of impact... I was reminded can change everything. For those of you that feel hushed out, unseen and unheard, this is for you. Whether you've contemplated suicide, attempted it, or have lost someone to suicide, I will be your voice, when you have none. I will be your battle cry. I will be your rising sun.

I thought that I was reaching out for someone to hear me. But now I understand that I'm reaching out for all of you to be heard. I'm reaching out to you and for you. If I can change something for someone out there, and bring hope to even one, than honestly that's all the answer I need. There's healing in watching others heal. God has already shown me that there is beauty from our pain.There is hope when we journey together.  #UnitedWeStandUntilWe'reCalledHomeByTheGreatIAm

Coming all the way from Rapid City South Dakota hip-hop artist Arkitect (formally known as T-Money) is focused and driven to change the world. With his uncanny ability to tell stories and his relentless work ethic, Money is posed to have a huge year in 2015. However coming from Rapid City South Dakota things have been more challenging then one would like. Most of the local media outlets want absolutely nothing to do with helping their own artist's and the people who find this career choice a joke outweigh those that believe. For now at least.
