Infusing sultry sounds and rich grooves, is Soul Button's latest EP ʻSwift Mindsʼ. It's his first Steyoyoke release for 2014 and once again, it's those soaring melodies and uplifting vibes that will have every deep house lover feeling satisfied in no time. Comprising of two originals and two remixes from up and comers Dahu and Whomi, it is with no surprise that ʻSwift Mindsʼ is launched with much anticipation.

The title track ʻSwift Mindsʼ is both vibrant and bold, bringing with it a strong sense of great depth and beauty. Possessing a steady bass line and deep haunting riffs, it is also delicately laced with the lullaby styled vocals of Kara Square. The power behind her voice, literally draws you in and attunes your ears to a chorus of divine whispers.

ʻ7th Heavenʼ is quickly defined by it's intensity and subtle progression. Creating a solid backdrop of uplifting grooves, this track has the presence and strength to put a spell on you. Stabbing synths and hard hitting hats are complimented perfectly with an array of harmonious bells and chimes which wash over you like a melodic wave.

In a mirrored parallel of ʻSwift Mindsʼ, Whomi's remix maintains all the sultry characteristics of it's original. However it is a much punchier version, allowing for some of the tracks more unique features to surface. Expect darker soundscapes and intricately layered percussion.

The final track on ʻSwift Mindsʼ is Dahu's remix of ʻ7th Heavenʼ. Silver lined with authentic underground sounds, Dahu chooses a slightly more stripped back approach for this remix. Raw dark melodies and hefty bass lines are the key elements in revealing this tracks inner twisted elegance.

No rest and no compromises that is how we no the dancefloor tunes by Rafael Cerato. Grooving synth lines and a dark vibe in it will bring the right club feeling. The collab with Anton Dhouran and Jonatan Backelie as singer is more deep and melodic. Starting totally chilled and soulful this track will be the right one to come down. At least “Torino“ with Martin Kremser brings some bleeps and epic breaks. The sun is back and we can’t wait to dance outside to this tune.

Following up its unique and successful concept with a lucky number, Kittball’s conspiratorial sampler hits the 13th edition. Last year Rebirth Records celebrated 10 years with the release of the acclaimed compilation selected and mixed by Larry Heard. We are now happy to present 'Rebirth 10 Remixed': a special collection, available on a limited 2x12” vinyl edition, and three digital parts, including brand new versions of some of the classics of the label in the first ten years.

The first part includes remixes from Red Axes, Rampa, Modular Project and VVV. The hot Tel Aviv duo Red Axes bring their trademark new wave sound to a tropical dimension remixing Robytek's 'Luna Africana' combining unusual melodies of bells, chimes and perc drums. The Keinemusik boss Rampa is back with a killer remix of 'Deep Musique' by Pasta Boys Feat. Osunlade, definitely another dancefloor peak time cut on Rebirth. The italian duo Modular Project add their electronic-balearic touch to the Blond:ish vocal anthem ‘Wizard of Love’, while the misterious bass producer VVV reworks another classic on the label, ‘Crossroads’ by T-Polar, giving us a sublte but heavy deep and futuristic synth work. 

The cover sleeve is a work by Emil Schult, who has created a painting especially for the Rebirth's Anniversary. Emil is known for his work with electronic music pioneers Kraftwerk. Schult's collaboration with founders Ralf Hütter and Florian Schneider saw him actively involved in writing lyrics as well as generating the design for some of the band's most famous covers.

As much as we are inspired to bring you great artists and their original works, every now and then, there are moments when we love getting people together to get creative and collaborate on some of our favorite tracks. The beauty of which, we turn original pieces into something new and different… so without further ado, we bring to you, a Remix EP of our most notorious and delectable pairing in the Crossfrontier Audio family: Danito & Athina – right in time for Spring.
The duo who've made headway with their Fire, Hydra and Losing Time EPs on CFA in the last year alone, have continued their output in the studio and have produced even more heat on lauded labels, which certainly give us a rich choice of tracks to be remixed – so we found you a few artists that match their energy and give off their own vibes, including a few debuts, and don't worry, they still bring the ruckus...
Opening up the 4 track EP is Miyagi's fantastic take on Tetris, a choice selection over the summer for many DJ's, the SoSo, Einmusika & Katermukke stalwart goes in and gives us a rumbling banger for a debut on Crossfrontier Audio. 
Having made a stellar entrance with us last year, Stereo Underground gives us his signature outer space feel with his climatic touch up of City Lights, colliding the harmony of the vocals over the pounding rhythm, we're sure this is going to make a few moments over the sunshine soaked dancefloors...  
When Danito & Athina released Hydra, you could tell by the name, that it was going to do exactly what it said on the tin, and it did. Sous Sol comes along and twists the original into pure bouncy tech-ness, definitely a great entry for Teo & Lukas' debut on CFA.
For Swipe, the finale, we’ve gone duo for duo, and what a beaut, as Hacker & Miethig give us a storm in a teacup with their big sounding take on what already was causing mayhem. Enter the bright lights and euphoric climax for this one...

Back and fresh on the release circuit for 2k18 is Berlin-based Jose Antonio Garcia Soler, better known to his friends and followers by his artistic nom de guerre KID SIMIUS. The KID proudly presents his FLASHBACK EP, a heartwarming monster of a single featuring no-one less than the beloved band outfit KILNAMANA comprised of Enda Gallery and KID SIMIUS' brother Miguel Garcia Soler. With the original version of Flashback KID SIMIUS and KILNAMANA present a tender, yet highly emotional slow jam, a modernistic take on contemporary Future R'n'B and Urban Soul accompanied by epic synth leads, a sparse electronic and surely beatmaker influenced foundation. It's electrifying chorus touches hearts from deep within. On a remix tip for Flashback is NICONE. The German producer who's been stirring up dancefloors throughout the past decade with releases on labels such as Stil Vor Talent, Katermukke and his very own imprint Dantze.
