Capriccio (1993) dedicated to Gino Herman, highlights all kinds of guitar techniques in an improvising style. The use of open strings and rasguedo techniques as well as the imitation of a typical right thumb technique from the flamenco (alzapua) are remarkable indeed. This is one of the few works of Armand Coeck that ends in an imposing crescendo.
