Joven y salvaje, así nos gustaría definir a Benni Fehling, quién es el titiritero detrás del proyecto Benøir. Su sonido no tiene nada que ver con las ceremonias de cacao o retiros espirituales. Su música está diseñada para la dureza de la noche, una estructura áspera y versátil es la que habita este productor.  Benøir impone su verdad, sus melodías, como su vida, van rápido y se detienen solo brevemente para tomar aire y continuar. Texturas, armonía y un juego de vocales muchas veces sensuales y provocativas, son su sello característico. Un joven y salvaje productor berlinés, que busca con furia, encontrar y recorrer el vertiginoso camino que lleva a la libertad.

Der Chemiecocktail 

Tagtäglich konsumieren wir Giftstoffe, Chemikalien und ursprünglich ungenießbare Substanzen. Diese werden zumeist in Pulverform, in industriell gefertigten Lebensmitteln und Getränken verarbeitet. In den Fabriken wird je nach Hersteller und Produkt, ein ganzes Sortiment an Zusatzstoffen verwendet. Je nach Bestimmung müssen diese körnigen Helferlein auf der Verpackung deklariert werden, andere wiederum sind davon befreit. Verbraucher können eig. nur über die Zutatenliste herausfinden, was und wie viel sich in der Packung befindet. Mit bloßem Auge oder auch dem Gaumen, ist für einen ungeschulten Probanden, keines der Hilfsmittel eindeutig identifizierbar. 

Wie wirkt sich diese Entwicklung der Nahrung auf die Gesundheit der Menschen aus?
Zusatzstoffe werden vor ihrer Freigabe geprüft. Jedoch gibt es in der Industrie Deklarationstricks und Gegebenheiten, wodurch bestimmte Inhalte eines Produkts nicht oder nur missverständlich aufgeführt werden müssen. Viele der verwendeten Chemikalien, besonders die E-Nummern  gelten als gesundheitsschädlich. Generell können hochgradig verarbeitete Lebensmittel Allergien, Krebs und Organschäden, zumindest begünstigen. Manchmal ist weniger einfach mehr. Vielleicht auch bei deinem nächsten Einkauf <3

KOLOMIN ist ein russisches DJ & Produzenten Duo und unser heutiger Gast auf KataHaifisch. Eines schönen Tages entschlossen sich die zwei Brüder Denis & Dmitry gemeinsam Musik zu produzieren. Dylan Francis operating under the alias DILBE is an exciting emerging talent from Gippsland on the south-eastern coast of Victoria. Now based in Melbourne, he brings an eclectic mix of deep, melodic and progressive house and techno to the forefront of the electronic music scene that surrounds him. Since being based in Australia’s electronic music capital of three years, DILBE has been refining his sound and networking within the elite music scene the city has to offer. Dylan’s first official booking was back in 2019 when he took the stage at the infamous New Year’s gathering The Comfort Zone, and shows his true style through mature track selection and neat mixing capabilities. Since this performance, DILBE has been a regular on the highly regarded Doesn’t Matter roster, which has seen him play as a resident DJ at multiple events held by the collective.

Na bumm! Endlich mal wieder ne richtige, spulige Spezialität. Von ganz tief unten und schön langsam im Dampfgarer zubereitet, kredenzen uns die beiden heute besonders leckere Pelmenis und sorgen somit für ein Sättigungsgefühl der etwas anderen Art. 

Gefüllt mit den verschiedensten Zutaten, wird unser auditiver Cortex mit akustischen Reizen gefüttert, welche die Großhirnrinde in wellenförmiges Vibrieren versetzen. 

Einige Etagen tiefer macht sich das natürlich auch gleich mal bemerkbar und wir erwischen uns dabei, wie der ganze Körper vor sich hin wobbelt.

XX is the debut single from Tori Music, the new Label created in 2020 from the german producer Jacob Groening based in Berlin. 

The first track is an electronic piece without percussions. It seems a planned interlude becomes a synthetic orchestra with unforeseen effects and ending. Ladok combines chords with cut off staccato arpeggios with a sweet Iranian voice that hugs the song composition in one piece. XX is the title track of this ep and is the more demanding track but at the same time soft and pulsating. Enjoy varanasi the last track which is a more expressive instrumental track.
