The Gemstone #07 | LENI

This year I went down to Italy to spend Christmas together with my family (I can't remember when it was that we all got together), but the day after I arrived I got the flu. 
Out of anxiety of infecting any of my family members, I locked myself in my bedroom and decide to record something.
However, I am glad to be here and lucky to be able to spend the holidays with family even if in an unexpected way. 
This set goes out to those who for whatever reason couldn't make it this year to be reunited with their loved ones, those who will be spending the holidays alone...by choice or other unfortunate events...and those who sadly have no one left to be able to reunite with.

We are in touch with El Batos since a couple of years and so happy to present you this almost lost huge gem! 

This recording is an over 4 hour long set from New Year's Eve into the year 23 at the Berlin Tribal Gathering. After a cacao ceremony, a wild dance and a big fire, Jorma catches the light, magical mood and takes us on a slow & deep, partly psychedelic and energetic journey of nightly healing - time to chill out, cuddle & be...

El Batos is a DJ who was born on the dancefloor. With music in his heart and dance in his pulse, he picks you up where your higher consciousness begins to surf sound waves. His sound is creative, playful, melodic & hypnotic at the same time, with a rich depth. Deep basses meet warm pads, complex rhythms meet loving vocals. The aim is always to take you on a journey of sounds, emotions and endless moments, always with an ace up their sleeve and a surprise up their sleeve. 
 
El Batos is known above all for his loving downtempo sets & regularly plays at well-known festivals in Germany such as the Moyn or Fusion & clubs such as the Kater are now also on his list. Jorma organised his first small parties almost 10 years ago, has been working as a floor manager at festivals for years & has been organising a stage at New Healing since last year.  
He also likes to be active at conscious events & enjoys playing Ecstatic & Cacao Dances, helping with booking or the technical production of events.
