Armin van Buuren, one of the all-time trance greats, is back with his latest studio album, ‘Breathe.’ The Dutch DJ/producer — five-time DJ of the Year winner courtesy DJ Mag — made the track “In the Dark” with fellow legend and longtime friend, David Guetta. In this exclusive commentary, van Buuren talks about the making of tracks from the album, including the Guetta link up. “We both knew if we wanted to collaborate on something, it had to be massive,” van Buuren tells SoundCloud. The track “Sound of You” features vocals from Knife Party’s Rob Swire, and “Let It Be for Love” might be the producer’s favorite track on the album — when he listened back to the finished project, he cried tears of joy, he says.
