Emerging at last from the hushed music scene of Chicago, Armour Square breaks the silence and floods listeners with a unique blend of indie/alternative and IDM influenced sound.

The incredibly talented young trio, comprised of Jesse Herscher (bass/guitar, vocals), Erica Minor (drums, vocals), and Adam Kowalczyk (guitar, electronic production), began performing together in 2009, fooling around with a multitude of genres under various aliases. However, in 2015, the group took things a serious step further with Armour Square.

With Jesse’s powerfully delicate voice and involuted bass combined with Erica’s intricately driving rhythms, and Adam’s melodic guitar and complex electronic composition, Armour Square breaks down sonic boundaries and couples excitement with tragedy, novelty with experience, tension with beauty.
