Apostolis Loussis aka Plecta was born in 1986 and he lives in Athens.
He has been involved with music since his childhood. At the young age
of ten, he began his education in music with the guitar, but his passion
slowly began to steer towards electronic music and the desire to
compose such music.

He is influenced by a huge range of sound colours throughout the electronic music scene. Completely self taught, over the years, his music creations increased even more. Doing composing, he realised Deep House music as organic , dreamy, melodic sounds were his spirit of energy and passion became the “signature” of Plecta’s musical compositions. His passion continues to
drive him and be the main force behind his music. 

At the past, he has made several releases to other types of electronic music such as Techno, Minimal and more. However, the Deep House music is the one
that eventually drew his attention. Inspired by new music ideas, his
journey begins, giving a natural and electronic sound at his music
creations and pushing his limits a step further.

Manchester (UK) based Mazayr has always felt a deep connection to music. Experimenting with electronic music for well over a decade, his passion for creativity stems from much earlier as a keen drummer in his youth. This love for rhythm naturally translated to dance music and birthed a tireless focus on finding his own sound as a music producer. Mazayr’s sound has arrived at a blend of emotional, uplifting and melancholic melodies, intertwined with punchy, solid grooves. Influences come from an eclectic mix of genres and as an artist his tracks are built to stand the test of time. His style has earned him debuts on labels such as The Purr, Cigarette Music and Canopy Sounds, with more exciting projects already in the pipeline. As a DJ, Mazayr has frequented various venues across Manchester, including Pangaea Festival and the infamous Sankeys nightclub. In 2019, he began hosting events and a mix series under the Right Frequency banner to showcase melodic house music.

It's easy for me to surrender, accept and flow when life is roses and smiles.

It's much more challenging in my current situation. 
I feel resistance. Fear. Anxiety.

On the surface, this sucks. Underneath it, I'm aware that this is an opportunity for significant growth.

Growth that comes from doing the work. Diving deeper. Facing your fears.

This is work that I'm too scared & lazy to do on my own - I'd rather go to the festivals. Well, the festivals are no longer available for my escape.

It's time to face myself on a deeper level. I'm fucking terrified and incredibly grateful at the same time.
