“Onward” marks my second endeavor into crescendocore territories. Even though it begins as an ambient guitar piece with minimal electronic elements, it builds up into a powerful post-rock climax with a reverberated shoegaze guitar washing through it before gradually slowing down again. It serves as the A-side to “Upward” and together they form “Onward And Upward”.
