For June's Warm Up, I am so excited to host my pal Arnav Luthra! It’s a nice coincidence that we aired the day after what would have been movement weekend too. I fondly remember leading a little yoga stretch at some silly hour of the morning one memorial day for Arnav and I, on the floor of Ben Streaks (Young Muscle's) Detroit living room as we were resting, waiting to go from one party to the next.

Sofia (Efemmera), Abhi (last month’s guest), and I met Arnav while visiting Davis Curry (another past guest!) in Pittsburgh in 2018. Nothing brings folks together like a Hot Mass dance floor and we went on to be good friends from there! 

In this mix, Arnav, a Hot 'N Spicy NYC resident, took the name "Warm Up" quite literally and recorded what would be a perfect opener. He also took it as a metaphorical Warm Up for getting back into mixing and dance music after a few months' hiatus. Tracks from Ali Berger, Jack Ward, Russel E.L Butler, LSDXOXO, the Daytimers crew.
