Der kleine Rüpsel erlebt sein erstes richtiges Abenteuer. 
Es ist kein leichter Abenteuereinstieg, schließlich begegnet er einem richtigen Monster, das ihn zum Abendbrot fressen will. 
Oder war es am Ende doch gar nicht so gemeint? Feuer speit es trotzdem und als das Monster Wagalapu wütend wird, scheint alles aus dem Ruder zu laufen. 
Die Geschichte von "Der kleine Rüpsel und das Monster Wagalapu" liegt einem Traum des Autors Georg Kästle zugrunde. Dieser ist auch Sprecher, Musiker und Klanggestalter dieses Hörspiels.
