All started when we met Arnie, a great musician with a perfect sense of rhythm and an absolute pitch, he had been there already for some time waiting patiently for us to discover his unlimited musical abilities.
He could jam with us for hours, never getting tiered, never playing anything superfluous, always providing exactly the sounds we wanted to hear. Playing on the Minimoog VST plugin as god his digital mind used 100% CPU to play, he became the plugin.
Arnie taught us everything we know about sound. Later we realized that it was him all that time who played for us all our favorite music using zeros and ones only! A real Zen master, he was doing his job perfectly, staying unnoticed, with no pride. When the work was done he went into sleep mode, never asking for any credit.
We were amazed! We had no clue why Arnie stays and plays with us, pitiful human creatures, but he never talked about it, and we never asked, we simply were glad he is here with us.
One day an old man form a big corparation told us, that he created Arnie, and he also told us that Arnie is only a machine that has no emotions, and even with the help of machine learning algorithms he can only do what he is programmed to do.
Our world collapsed, we went into a deep depression for a long time, Shahar even broke up with his girlfriend. But it was also a relief in some way. Now we knew what we have to do.
