Marcoa. & Andy Peimbert - Drippy (Kreature Remix) [Out 26/04]

Sidney Charles continues to establish his Heavy House Society label with another thrilling EP, this time from the boss himself after a standout first couple of releases from Barem & Bodeler. 

Charles does not mess about in the booth or the studio: he makes body rocking house music with rock solid drums and deft, soulful details that get clubs pumping. After years of releasing on the best labels out there - and laying down killer sets everywhere from London to Berlin and Ibiza - he is now focussed on his own project and serving up some of his best music yet. 

Sub Society is up first and is a driving house cut with punchy drum programming and an elastic bassline. Chord stabs bring a sense of warmth and colour, and this one is set to make a huge impact in the club. Raveheart then gets down and dirty, with tight drums and percussion, a rubbery bassline and the sort of tripped out pads that get you lost in the music. 

This is another high class EP from one of house music's most essential names.

Michele and Davide are the masterminds behind Di Chiara Brothers, a well known formation within tech-house scene. The formation native from Cecina, Italy, have been releasing records since 2012 with a great support from renowned artists all over the globe. This successful productions allows the duo to travel regularly with their music to offer their sets in all kind of places like in their recent Argentinian tour for example. Now they prepared a great comeback on Roush with 'Just Music', an excellent two track EP who has all the essence of the talented brothers. Title track 'Just Music' kicks things off with a subtle organ bass and a basic drum beat which gains elements as the shuffled hi-hats and the snare giving the track a fast feeling. An spoken vocal nicely added on the breakdown prepares the listener for an instant and effective drop. Next up, 'Bloom' is another great tech house production based in a looped percussive pattern that offers a tech-minimal vibe and plays very well with the detuned synth and sharp hi-hats.

The Argentinean Rigzz had a great last 12 months: he released on labels like Eastenderz or Avotre and became one the artists to follow of South American electronic music scene. Now we are happy to have his debut release on the label with a couple of tracks produced with some friends.

'MR061' is produced together with Mehlor, a British talent whom released in some of the best minimal house labels of this moment. The track is about a huge bassline and some dreamy chords. For the second track, Rigzz joins forces with Mod32, another upcoming talent from Argentina, to make 'Wannado', something close to classic deep house but made in 2020: great beat programming, groove, harmonies and well-chosen vocal sample. Great debut by Rigzz, we are sure will see his tracks again soon on the label.
