Here we are, the last record of the year and the last one of this yearly series! As always, I hope you'll enjoy this mix packed with intriguing sounds and rhythm.

This year has been crazy for me, some hard months but so much good stuff happened as well and I want to thank everyone for the support!

Going into 2024 I'll keep doing some stuff like that but not as frequently as I want to allow more time to make more of my own productions.

With a lifelong love for music and a passion for experimentation, Arsène has been creating music in various styles for many years, but found his true calling in the hypnotic and psychedelic sounds of techno after a transformative experience.

Drawing inspiration from a wide range of genres and artists, his music is characterized by its unique and intriguing soundscapes, unconventional rhythms, and is constantly pushing himself to evolve his sound and explore new techniques.

Continuum: a coherent whole characterized as a collection, sequence, or progression of values or elements varying by minute degrees. 

The fourth sonic ceremony of The Continuum uncovers a hidden gem. @arsene_martinet is not one to miss, so get to follow him and discover his universe. Arsène appeared on our radar through the AEDI community and most notably through his self-released EP ‘Calling’ and since then, we have been dying to share with all of you, his craft. As an artist with a modern jazz background, Arsène infuses all his performances with improvisation and freedom. We have been following his stories and posts very closely: his recordings of live instruments that he transforms into sample libraries; his live FX chains for generative percussion; his crazy midi mappings and live racks concoctions that enable him to channel his improvisational curiosity… We see ourselves often taking screenshots to try to understand what is going on. A true ‘mad genius’ that we hope reaches many more of you. 

The result of all his experiments, like the one we present today, goes beyond your usual DJ set. 

For his contribution to The Continuum, Arsène delivered a hybrid live set, including tracks of his own, tracks from the AEDI community and many others from his favorite artists. All of this with many other elements added live: percussions, FXs, ambience, synths… creating a musical hectic adventure, dense like no other, with intricate mixing and layering and with no time for your brain to rest while in the spiral.

Multidisciplinary label Face Æ steps into new territory with its first solo EP, inviting Arsène Martinet to deliver a deep and introspective exploration of sound.

Arsène Martinet approaches music like one would explore a hidden territory—slowly, deeply, with the attentiveness of someone listening for the silence behind the sound. Inspired by the languages of nature and the invisible architectures of the mind, he crafts introspective techno at the crossroads of ambient, mysticism, and the tangible.


Through misty pads, mineral textures, and subterranean pulses, his sound evokes both drift and ritual: a sensory experience that invites presence, the gentle unraveling of fixed points, and the union of opposites. First revealed on the label Aedi, he continues to trace his path with a distinct sonic identity, where each frequency seems to speak with the invisible.
