Self-Consumption in F3 Time Slot demands a tariff response at the fringes of the free market, with the intent of pushing beyond the thresholds of energy efficiency toward a possible auditory reconfiguration of the national energy system. Tariff voices and demand regulation mechanisms move through digital spirals of oscillation, overload distortions, and rhythmic patterns that simulate household consumption curves.  

With this work, the two artists question the logic of time-based energy withdrawal, alternating hypnotic sequences of bass interrupted by sudden sonic blackouts with a phantom settlement.  
Surges and voltage drops become unallocated system charges, where granular synthesis is pushed to its extreme.  

From a technical perspective, this project stands halfway between a simulation of grid balancing and a sonic installation on the failure of energy governance. The generative system **"ARERA"** seeks to understand the entropy of the energy system—without opening a bill.
