We walk through this grey land infested with rats

Look what we brought here among crosses and flowers 
The children ardent for some desperate glory,

Leifie was looking for the blue Palos verdes
But Got into a brawl with the British airways 
He Threw some luggage out the airport window 
So he skipped the wings and got up on a boat
But He caved into the spell of the sea  
Yeah he Saw some things he didn't actually see
Like a mermaid who had the teeth of a snake
Or the siren with the unavoidable gaze 


Leifie Hubert Rupert’s son, the good and noble Viking the great
He was a clever one, ohohohoh

He was a butterfly sketcher ohohohoh

Leifie had an itch for the rarest things
 like pirates booty or the Swallow tail butterfly 
Set out on a course for the English sea
With a madmans curse and a cyclops depth perception

Got lost near the French coastline
While sketching a blue morpho butterfly 
Saved a purple moose from an icy end
And reconnected Lyla with a long lost friend

Leifie! (Leifie leifie...leifie i can’t leave nothing alone, leifie leifie take me to the blue morpho 

It was a noble trip the Cyclops made 
To save that purple moose from a watery grave,  
But when the people gathered around to see,
He floated off like a butterfly but he stung like a bee  

Leifie also had a skill for taming tigers, 
Yeah he could get one to sit and shake your hand
When the circus found out they tried to recruit him,
But he said no thanks I’m a butterfly man


Leifie, 
You’re gonna have to take me on your nautical trip to find the blue morpho  butterfly 
Think about it Leifie is there room in your hull maybe, i got the mariposa feel i been working on my sketching skills think about leifie
