For the next release on Pleasure Club we are very happy to be reissuing some tracks from Anthony Boninsegna aka Nine-L.

Originally released on Metatone in 1993 and 1994, the 'Houston, We’ve Have A Problem' and 'Looking For Lord Lucan’ EPs have gone on to become rare collector's items.

Now we present a selection of tracks from those records plus one which has never been before released on vinyl.

“snapout”, a Tokyo-based party crew of DJs and Producers, will launch a record label in early 2022.

“snapout” members include veteran DJ yama', who has been DJing since 1998, Takashi Himeoka, who has been making tracks since 2014 and has released on “Phreak” and “Cabaret Recordings” labels, Hisashi, who has played at several regular parties in Tokyo and contributed a track to “How High” label at the end of 2021, and Riku Sugimoto.

For the first single, Riku Sugimoto has created three tracks based on the atmosphere of “snapout”, adopt the essence of Detroit/Dutch techno and Chicago/UK house from the early 90s and early 00s.

The third helping of our podcast series is a classy, fast paced and energetic bit of kit served up by Bugsy ( @circular_imagination )

Bugsy is a DJ and promoter from Chengdu, China. He focuses on promoting a unique record event in China called Circular Imagination where every month, he invites a fresh new artist to participate and play at the event. Bugsy has also completed two DJ tours in China, playing at various venues across the country. He now resides in the UK to study and to explore the London music scene, which is exactly where we met him - on the dance floor.

This one is no joke so headphones on and strap in 🌪
