FILO is a 20-year-old artist from central Slovakia. His musical journey began a year ago when he performed his first DJ set in his hometown of Lučenec. About six months later, he started producing his own industrial music.

He feels a strong connection to the industrial and bochka style, which forms the core of his sound. Rather than having one specific musical role model, FILO draws inspiration from the overall aesthetic and energy of Russian, Tunisian, and Eastern European bochka production. This raw and uncompromising sound drives him to experiment and develop his own authentic musical expression.

It is not a secret that in Spain there is a huge culture for the dark and industrial techno scene. Not in vane the "Pole school" has always been a local reference pushing the efforts of young dj's and producers always above standards. "Spanish Dark Beats - v1- Emergence" is the first of a series of sessions with the only intention of spreading the incredible talented work being carried by these underground and unknown producers that are the pool of the future Spanish techno scene.

No es un secreto que en España hay una cultura increíble en lo referente a la escena industrial y dark techno. No en vano la "escuela Pole" ha sido siempre un referente para todos los nuevos dj's y productores, haciendo que sus trabajos tengan que estar un paso por delante del resto y superar la media de lo que cabría esperar. "Spanish Dark Beats - v1 - Emergence" es la primera de una serie de sesiones hechas con el único propósito de difundir y hacer conocer la obra de este grupo de productores que en definitiva forman la cantera del techno español.
