کسی نمی‌داند شاره جان چه کسی بود اما می‌دانیم که عاشقی داشت سخت دل‌شکسته و نوایی نواخت که هنوز با گذشت سالیان سوزش را با خود به همراه دارد. سوزی از سر عشق، سوزی از سر درد، سوزی که هر انسانی از هرجای دنیا که باشد آن را می‌فهمد، چه فارسی‌زبان باشد چه چینی چه نروژی.
بله زبان‌های دیگری هستند جز زبان کلمات، زبان‌هایی با کلماتی دیگر که گاه با تصویر، موسیقی، نگاه و گاه با سکوت صحبت می‌کنند.
روزهایی هست که کلمات خسته‌اند، کز می‌کنند و گوشه‌گیر می‌شوند، می‌خواهند که فقط نگاه کنند، بشنوند و و سکوت کنند، برای من این روزها فقط موسیقی و دوربین و کفش‌هایم به دادم می‌رسند. کتانی‌هایم را پا می‌کنم، دوربینم را می‌اندازم در کوله‌ام و گوشی موبایلم را پر کنم از آهنگ‌هایی که عاشقشان هستم. هدفن به گوش راه می‌افتم در این شهر و به درخت‌های خشکیده و گل‌های تازه و آسمان آبی و زباله‌های همه جا پر شده، زشتی و زیبایی‌هایش می‌رسم و از خودم دور می‌شوم، از کلمات، از این خودآگاه سرسخت...

مهمان می‌شوم به زبان موسیقی و مهمانتان می‌کنم به این نوای زیبای بی‌نوایی با تنظیمی مدرن از موسیقی خراسانی:
می‌گویند در روزهای دور‌ در صفحات پیشین‌ تاریخ ایران، زمانی که سختی و سردی هجوم‌ اقوام‌ متجاوز به شمال خراسان گرمای حضور ایلیاتی مردمان سرزمینمان را به سردی می‌کشاند. در روزی که معشوقه داستان ما در آن سوی راه‌ از یارش در این سوی راه جدا افتاد، این آتش عشق بود که سوز این جدایی را به اوج‌ آسمان سرد تنهایی کشاند و‌ پرتویی از آن را بر قلب بخشی خراسانی افکند. پرتویی که از قلبش بر زبانش جاری شد و‌ همچون برق شمشیری رو به سوی متجاوز، راه را خطاب قرار می دهد و‌ شکوه از روزگار می‌کند که او را از یارش جدا کرده.

What is Hore?
It is a characteristic of the Kurdish Hore and Siyaw Chemane that the vocalist sings without any musical instruments, a tradition that goes back many centuries ago. Some have even traced it back to the era of Zoroastrianism, an ancient religion which predates both Islam and Christianity.

The religion of the Kakei Kurds’, also called Yarsans, has been kept largely secret to this day, and is different from Zoroastrianism. They say they have preserved the Zoroastrian songs along with the Hawrami speaking Kurds. 

Zoroastrianism is an ancient religion which grew to popularity in present-day Iran and some parts of Iraq and then spread across of the world.  

Many of its adherents in Kurdistan believe the founder of the religion, Zoroaster or Zardasht as it is called in Kurdish, was a Kurd and he spoke a variation of Kurdish language called Avesta.

Kurdish Zoroastrians believe that the Kurdish dialect of Hawrami, still widely spoken in Kurdish areas in Iran and Iraq, has many similarities to the ancient language.

The word Hore is believed to have originated from the Avestan word Ahura or Ahura Mazda, the only creator of the universe in Zoroastrianism.

Hore is more popular in the southern parts of the Iranian Kurdistan.

Siyaw Chemane, widely sung by the Hawrami speakers in the mountainous regions of Hawramn both in Iraq and Iran, is said to come from the Hawrami words Black and Eyes.

Black eyes is a trait which signifies beauty in Kurdish culture. 

It may also come from Siyaw Camane, meaning black turban worn by men.

Many of the Kakei religious texts are in Hawrami, and some of their areas are located in Hawraman region. 

They say the Hawramis are not the sole owner of Siyaw Chemane, but they too share this wealth of Kurdish songs, although different in form and language.

Sadi was held in great repute by his countrymen, and found a liberal patron in the King of Persia, Sad-Atabak, who encouraged learning, and was fond of the society of learned men. He made Sadi Court poet, and SAdPs grati- tude was shown in his almost fulsome praise of the monarch.


Sadi has written numerous works, in prose and verse, on moral, theological, and amatory subjects; and the best known and most read of his writings are the Gulistan in prose and verse, and the Bostdn in verse. He delighted in wit and repartee, and puns abound in his works. His moral and religious remarks show great depth of thought, correct observation, and knowledge of human nature. Judged by modern European ideas of propriety, he sometimes borders on the obscene in his remarks; but orientals do not guage their morality by European standards, and allowance must be made for Sadi accordingly. His style of writing is simple but vigorous, and the pride he occasionally displays in his conscious superiority in intelligence and eloquence over his neighbours is pardonable. He is credited with having worked miracles, especially that of restoring to life a young lover, who had cast himself down from a tower, one hundred feet high, to the ground. If the young man survived the fall, it was certainly a miracle! I Sadi was modest in manner, and could not tolerate vanity in others. He dressed modestly, was short in stature and not handsome ; but a face beaming with intelligence and a long-flowing beard gave him an engaging and venerable appearance. He closed his chequered life at Shiraz, the place of his birth, A.D. 1291, having reached the ripe age of one hundred and sixteen years. He is honored as a saint by Mohamedans, and his tomb —called the Sadiya in the vicinity of the town of Shiraz, is visited by numerous pilgrims and travellers.
