This year with PMC has been super freaking dope and I'm very glad I was given the opportunity to be able to revive this community. Even though this is all one big meme, PMC meant a lot to me in 2020 and I was pretty devastated when it went away indefinitely. I've tried to put heavy emphasis on this community representing itself and not having our identity be solely held by one person. Tons of great memories were made during 2020 and I've met so many great people and friends I now talk to pretty much on the daily. My main mission for PMC since the start of 2022 has always been to make our community a place for people to gather, make new friends, and create to their hearts content regardless of status or who's the "better" producer or what others may think. It's made me smile knowing that I have been able to provide that space for people after a number of members have let me know how special they find PMC for that exact reason. To wrap things up and to reiterate what I stated earlier, thank you to all of you at Penis Music Collective for trusting me and believing in me to be able to continue this project forward. On January 21st, 2023, over 300 musicians and visual artists challenged themselves to create something in only 18 hours. Visual artists had to create a unique album cover & its supporting graphics, and musicians were limited to no less than 50 seconds and no more than 70 seconds for their songs; in short, a speedrun. The event encouraged creatives to think outside the box, picking their ideas apart in order to keep only the essentials. At the finish line, we received some of the most exciting tracks on a FORM compilation to date.

In the colors of each album cover and between the notes of each song are reflections of us— the artists. To leave pieces of ourselves *out* in lieu of a time constraint isn't easy, but it allows us to conclude what's at the center of what we create. Creativity, no matter how bare-bones or how complex & nuanced it is, is something nobody can ever take away.

All proceeds from any% will be going to SpecialEffect, a charity working to make video games accessible to those with physical disabilities.
