The first release in 2024 comes from our long-term friend and artist KARAAT who is based in Stuttgart and together with Minimalte part of the infamous local Herz & Seele events. The 4-track „Dice EP“ is his next clue on AS USUAL MUSIC and we are superhappy to accompany and push this musical evolution to the next level.

Title track „Dice“ is an ultra-sophisticated tune that screws inconspicuously under the skin. A long road of testing made it become super-tight and well-balanced, suitable for various dance floors as well as listening pleasures. Seductive percussions and a sweeping bassline are melting with a hypnotizing synth and emotive vocal cuts. Potential hit!

„Give It“ is another massive track with a melodic touch and driving groove. Road-tested as well, thrilling breaks and brilliantly implemented soulful voices are providing an energy of which nearly no floor can resist.

Like the previous track, „Keep Sitting“ convinces with a solid build-up of mesmerizing flowin’ synth stabs and a tight groove. Turning on a distinctive dramaturgy that drops into a peaktime-driven masterpiece which mows the floor down. Phew!

Track No. 4 „Take My Hands“ is an artistic output in shape of a subtle groover with smartly arranged percussive sounds, which reveal a perfect round-up for this EP by Karaat!
