This version of Kahn's single 'Way Mi Defend' (released in 2012) was originally built for dubplate in 2016 by Ishan Sound, combining elements of both the original mix of Way Mi Defend and his own single Namkha (released on Tectonic Recordings in 2014, with a Kahn remix)

Up until now this version has only ever existed as a dubplate that just a handful of people possessed, and I was unsure if I would ever put it out.. but with the 10 year anniversary this year, it feels like the right time to let it out into the world.

Après l’EP « Adastra », Meteor revient avec un triptyque aux accents d’electronica contemporaine, où la voix de Kala navigue entre rock et soul, faisant irruption dans un univers électronique quasiment martial et parfois pesant. Alternant silences et drops endiablés, le duo explore des sonorités puisées aux confins du monde. « Atlas » est un appel à dépasser la réalité de notre époque, un désir non déguisé d'universalité, un poème pour toucher le cœur du monde.

Entre recueil géographique et titan mythologique porteur de la voûte céleste, le nom d’«Atlas » prend tout son sens.
