The song touches on some of the most important issues around mental health such as anxiety, depression, and addiction.

Even with all the improvements in our world, we are still seeing an increasing number of people suffering from these afflictions.

Over 800,000 people commit suicide yearly. That is one person every 40 seconds. Additionally, over 200,000 people die from an overdose. Many of these deaths can be considered a passive form of suicide. 

The suffering in the world is apparent as many people are numbing themselves with drugs and consumerism. 

These ways of coping are only further disconnecting us from our true selves.

It is only through facing our fears and the uncomfortable moments in our lives that we can discover who we truly are. 

Life is a beautiful gift but it can be hard to see this during dark moments.

This is when it is important to remember that we are not alone in our struggles.

We are all going through the process together and it’s calling us to wake up to our true nature.

By tapping into the underlying energy that connects us all we can experience unconditional love for ourselves, others and this beautiful process of life.

The song illuminates the fact that true happiness is never a product of anything outside us. 

We continue to dig external gold mines which can never fill our internal void. 

No amount of recognition or material riches can reverse our spiritual poverty. 

Our society believes that once we become “successful” we will become happy.  

But it is only when we become happy that we become successful.

You cannot be rich if you are broke inside. 

True wealth is realizing that we are emanating from a source of infinite abundance. 

It is realizing that you have everything you need within you and that there is enough for everyone. 

It is recognizing that you are rich even during poor circumstances.

And remaining centered through both ups and downs. 

We can never own anything and we can never lose anything. 

At our core, we are that which always was and that which always will be. 

We are infinitely abundant.

NYC Based Artist elevating consciousness

Music infuses life with meaning. It transcends time and space and plunges us into deep immersive flow states. 

While sounds evoke feelings, words allow us to express concepts and create connections within the world. Layering words over sounds is my favorite form of artistic expression. 

In the past, I would personalize this art taking both credit and critique for it. But what I have come to realize is that creativity comes from nowhere. 

When the stars align, these songs write themselves. Thus I serve only as a vessel for the message that wants to manifest. May what emerges be for the benefit of all beings, forever elevating consciousness.
