These two performances where commissioned by Artengine for the 2011 edition of Electric Fields. The theme of the 2011 edition was on the relationship of sound and space and we asked A Tribe Called Red to bring their Electric Pow Wow project to the Museum of History in a kind of subversive act of decolonization through celebration. These two tracks where part of the commission which made it possible for them to work with live singers for the first time.
