This is the first song from Act One, scene 1 of "The Gnomes of New Hope" , a stage musical being produced by Image of the Mind Studios .Here, Constable Warren, who is always the first to wake and make sure the coast is clear in Gnomeville, sing how he has "Never Been So Near" to his dreams and how he feels like "a person of substance and means".

The music is a result of a partnership between Arthur Greisiger & Shawn Rose and is composed & arranged for a 24 piece pit orchestra in an ensemble format. I play the Flute and Shawn plays the keyboards, however we both play numerous instruments. We have been working together on this show since 1996. There are currently 16+ songs in the first half of the show, which we have produced using Digital Performer and Reason.

We are engaged in numerous aspects of the production and are currently preparing illustrations for the Storybook,the storyboards for the Animated Film/Television Series and Stage Designs. We are building the puppets/marionettes based on the Illustrations. We hope to be putting the lyrics down when we locate the appropriate singers to do so and we are preparing to record the narrative audio book. We invite people to partner with us in various ways to produce this show and exploit the marketplace. AG

This is an instrumental version of the last song in Scene 9 of the first Act of "The Gnomes of New Hope". It is an epic tale of the history of Gnomanity told to Zach &amp; Zebby by The Master Gnome when they arrive at his mountaintop home to seek his guidance, after having been sent there by the citizen of Gnomeville.We are seeking performance by a world class orchestra for these songs, which are composed and arranged for a 24 piece orchestra in an ensemble format.
