Excited to share the first single of my upcoming debut album 'Blood Wedding' on Prova Records; 'The Horse'.

'Blood Wedding' was written as the soundtrack for Wim Vandekeybus / Ultima Vez' adaptation of Federico Garcia Lorca's 'Bodas de Sangre' on the instructions of Internationaal Theater Amsterdam.

'The Horse' - Out now on Prova Records

'Wedding Dance' is the second single of my upcoming debut album on Prova Records. It was written for Wim Vandekeybus' adaptation on Federico García Lorca's 'Blood Wedding’, commissioned by Internationaal Theater Amsterdam.

The music is inspired by early flamenco styles such as 'Cante Jondo' and a variety of Bulgarian dances, such as the 'Rachenitsa'. I am incredibly grateful to have had the privilege to work with the extraordinarily musicians who made the piece come alive after 10(!) intensive hours in the studio.

Arthur Brouns (°1994) is a composer, arranger/orchestrator and music producer from Brussels, writing music for narrative film, theater and dance.

His work is stylised by its blending of orchestration with contemporary electronic elements.

From the age of fifteen, he developed a strong interest in music production. The success he gained with his early works put him on the stage of Tomorrowland, among other festivals, and at the age of seventeen he was touring Europe to showcase his music.

Over the years, he has built up a large range of experience in the field of recording, producing and arranging music. Now making music for motion pictures and contemporary media, working for clients like Netflix, Nike, TED-Ed, OCS and M6 France.
