When people talk about “the shadow” they’re often already in over their heads. Shadow integration is seriously advanced inner work that I’ve personally failed to actualize every time I’ve tried to—until now.

THIS exact work is what I’ve done to finally get myself into the realm of the shadow.

It started with the forgiveness work covered in the previous 2 videos of this Positive Affirmation Meditation series.

I believe that forgiveness work is prerequisite to what we do here, and I create and give it all away for free, right here.

Forgiveness unlocks acceptance.

Only after I dipped my toes into this self-acceptance could I realize the depth of the ocean of “the shadow”—and THEN, at last, how to make REAL PROGRESS in navigating its integration.

Jung once quoted a medieval alchemist who said, "Only what is separated may be properly joined." When things—like our identity and self-narrative—are muddled together, they need to be separated, distinguished and untangled so that we can later rejoin them in a workable synthesis.

This work is that synthesis.
