I am Greg, a registered counsellor operating out of private practice (AHRLEE Counselling) working predominantly with those experiencing stuck-points, life transitions and coping difficulties. I also have a particular interest and passion working with creativity and creative people. Being an artist myself for as long as I remember, I understand the meaning and value creating art has given to my life and thought that this could possibly also be the same for other creatives. As creating art is generally such a subjective and personal process, I wanted to talk to others about what creating art means to their life and the relationship they have with it within the context of everyday life. 
It is hoped that this series will produce some engaging discussion and highlight the varied ways creativity manifests meaning in our lives whilst also inspiring others to start, restart, or continue to engage in creative pursuits. It is hoped that this podcast can also shed a light on how art and creativity can help maintain one’s well-being and mental health.
