Back in the summer of 2021, Damien and Barbara - two of our incredible workshop leaders - spent some time with pupils at SEND school, Woodside Academy. 

The project was completed in October after taking a break due to Covid.

In February we partnered with the incredible charity CASPA to deliver a three day workshop. 

CASPA is an award winning charity who provide invaluable support for children and young people with autism and their families, in and around the borough of Bromley. Music can provide connection for children with autism - with it often being described as a ‘hidden disability’.  

Participants were invited to collaborate to create songs around the theme of 'The Island'. This is what they created.

Over the course of a weekend in March, we teamed up with Bromley Y to produce an interactive music workshop. 

Bromley Y promotes the emotional wellbeing and mental health of children, young people and families by enabling change, fostering resilience and helping them build healthy relationships. 

In our workshop our music leaders encouraged the young people to think of positive words and lyrics, forming songs around wellbeing and celebration.

ArtsTrain - 'Transforming Young Lives Through The Power Of Music'

This innovative music project provides new opportunities for young people to write, produce, compose and record their own original music. We also deliver music workshops, deliver training, programme youth music events and provide volunteering and placement opportunities.
