Soundfile is back on Playoff Records with their THE KING EP including 4 straight Techno tracks to conquer the dancefloor. 

Starting with the first Track 'The King' a solid Techno Banger with multiple effects making room for the King, followed by the Track 'Purple Pills' with a floating 303 surrounded by mystic ganga voices. The third in the round of the mighty table is the track 'Ketamigo' ringing the alarm to assemble the dancefloor for the last Track 'Mon Amour' with a 303 crying out for the one and only great Love of Humanity... The Music

Intrepid Skin returns with its most outspoken, outlandish release yet. SPFDJ’s tastemaking imprint is proud to introduce ‘Glitzer Vs Hass’, the debut release from German artist, Valerie Ace. 

Unrelenting but utterly charismatic across four tracks, Ace blends her lived experience intertwined with today’s increasingly complex politics of club culture with a thirst for experimentation, unpicking and subverting the strains of toxic masculinity that still run deep through contemporary culture. This is first-rate dancefloor discourse with little room for chin-stroking.

‘Hyper Hyper Dancy Hardcore’ submits to the ridiculous promise of its title with a breathless finale that showcases Ace’s ability to deliver function and pure fun. Leaving a strong final impression this Rotterdam-rooted hardcore anthem provides all the thrills but thoughtfully dispenses with the macho bullshit, its central vocal constantly shifting in pitch and context. 

Driven by the energy and outrageousness that has come to define her scene, yet smartly subverting and experimenting with it, ‘Glitzer Vs Hass’ sees Valerie Ace enter the contemporary techno landscape with passion, humour and much-needed sonic resistance.

Bionic Romance EP is Anetha’s second release on Blocaus series following 2017's very successful Leftover Love EP. Once again, Anetha continues to play to her strengths and delivers four tracks - diverse and rich in the depth, texture and hypnotism of techno deep space explorations. On the A-Side, ‘Myiuki & Patrizia’ starts the release as an intricate, atmospheric title track with warm synth lines ; ‘Ultra Speed Dating’ features a muscular four-to-the-floor beat and a perpetual stomp to devastating effect perfect for peak-time. On the B-Side, ‘Silicon Desire’ takes us in a slightly melancholic direction with its hypnotic pulses. ‘Virtual Ritual’ closes the EP as no nonsense purified techno with a raw groove. Absolutely Essential!

Our latest premiere is now online featuring a track titled 'Death Of The Last Sun' by Lithuanian artist Under Black Helmet off his hugely anticipated debut album 'It Emerged From Nothing' which is out now on Italian label KR/LF (Kill Ref Low Frequencies).

For the album Under Black Helmet draws influence from a wide variety of styles that he is now renowned for, as it seems his perpetual mission is to relentlessly pursue his own individualism. 

Expect to hear dreamy experimental pieces to pounding, energetic acid-tinged beats, as well as rave and industrial influences alongside expert sound design.

In particular 'Death Of The Last Sun' shows the combination of styles really well by working a thumping double time kick along with some truly angelic chords.
