MADX is an Trini-American singer, songwriter, producer and actor. The North Carolina native soon relocated to New York where he would begin performing in various singing and dancing competitions. He joined Hip-Hop group 'B15' and gained the attention of record producer _____ where he would begin to perfect his craft. B15 began work on a mixtape but the group would eventually disband and plans to the mixtape were scrapped. MADX channeled his energy in to songwriting; penning songs for artists locally and featuring a couple tracks. In 2011 MADX relocated to Atlanta where he's been writing and recording his first solo project.. 'The BOLD. EP' where he's curated an Hip-Hop/R&B based sound with an electric blend of reggae, afro-pop and neo-soul. April 2016 will see the release of MADX's long-awaited, afro-pop inspired single 'Cruel Lover'.. "Artistic freedom is what this project is for me.. I've allowed myself to step out of my comfort zone and create what feels good rather than what "they" say is good, and that's honestly all I could really ask for."
