A little something I wanted to try. It's always bothered me that the "Ballad of the Wind Fish" featured in Majora's Mask isn't the same song as the one from Link's Awakening. So I wanted to see if I could arrange the original Ballad of the Wind Fish in the style of the Indigogos. This is what I came up with. My goal was to keep the rhythms and melodic contours of the song from MM, but use a chord progression that would go with the melody of the song from LA. For good measure, I borrowed some bass and percussion ideas from the song from the MM end credits.

This is about as far as I can take it, given my lack of experience writing anything Jazz and my limited instrument library, but I just wanted to put this out into the world. =P

Remix of the Masked Man battle theme from Mother 3. Created for Smashified.

Unsurprisingly, there aren't a lot of remixes for Strong One, since the song has a VERY strange time signature (15/8). But weird songs like this are really in my wheelhouse, so I decided to take on the challenge of remixing it for Smashified.

There's a lot of symbolism in this piece, which is attributable mostly to the excellent work of the original composer, but I did my best reflect it my interpretation while adding some twists of my own.

Update 2: Altered it a bit just to demonstrate what kinda plan I have for the song now that I've spent more time with it. Probably won't do any more WIP updates on it until it's done.

After watching an episode of Game Grumps where Arin talked about how Sheik's theme is so unpredictable in tempo, I started trying to imagine what it would be like if it was steady. Then I ended up trying to see if I could get a drumbeat going. Then I got here. =P

Not sure if I'll finish this, but it's been fun experimenting.

This is a piano arrangement I threw together of WoodenToaster's well-loved and oft-remixed "Beyond Her Garden." I haven't personally found a good made-for-piano version of the song (most everything I find is just transcribed from the original) so I figured I'd make one myself.

I'm no good at mastering, so this is where it is so far. Once it's mastered, I'll post it on my YouTube Channel.
