NEED FOR NEW NOCTURNES
Today it ended as it began, with listening to Chopin
the light, the force that was compressed, built to a flood
I wear an ark on one foot, the sole scarred
the soul scattered
let that tigress drown

how could she have ever loved   and spoken so cold, her blunt tongue a scorpion
the smoking of blunts, clever the freedom fabrication
inane speech,
impulsive opinions, glass cerebral empty onions
of Amsterdam-bin

our love was wolfed up
as if by hunger of invisible soldiers in winter
no, less romantic:
as if by hunger of the bin-divers

our love walled up
I am the soldier owning Little ore
sitting at his night-post, chewing on a moon between my teeth,
soon I will feel it, need for new nocturnes

1968 recording of Daniel Desimone, (Argentina) playing a piece  attributed to Alexander Scriabin " Estudio Op. 14 Concierto para la mano izquierda'' Desimone studied under tutelage of Vincenzo Scaramuzza. The recording won a contest organized by the French office and brought the young Argentinean musician to study on a scholarship in Paris with Nadia Boulanger. The music sounds more like Kodaly than Scriabin. Said to be an obscure piece composed by Scriabin, seldom played, lord knows. Phonograph /publisher was the label Fermata!  associated with tango more than classical music.

This a recording /audio track by Paul Kessell of using a reading of my poem  I first wrote as an elegy responding to news story about the tragedy in Charlottesville, USA, and the killing of Heather Heyer in a clash between protesters in Virginia, August 2017.
Paul Kessel,  a Scandinavian politician and audio-engineer-performer  made the track with music samples, Thanks Paul Kessell!
