Just a test of the Soldano SLO 100 model on the Axe FXIII. First part of the clip is the amp boosted and dual tracked. Next is the amp without a boost in mono. Third part is the amp boosted in mono.

Quad Cortex preset trial

Worked a bit more on my tone from the VHT GP3. This time, I ran it into a Rectifier Stereo 2:100 power amp, then into a Fryette PS-2, from where I ran a cable into my Quad Cortex, which I used for a cab. Really interesting, I thought the mix came out great! After the band mix, you can hear the dual tracked guitar tone.

James Tyler Studio Elite HD-P into Neural DSP Quad Cortex running Soldano SLO plugin

I’m running into the front end of the Quad Cortex, which sends a boosted signal into the Engl Savage 120. 

This is hooked up to a Suhr Reactive Load IR, which then feeds the signal back into the Quad Cortex, where it goes through IR cabinets and is also processed with onboard EQs before going into the doubler, and then into a reverb. 

This signal is then captured by my DAW.
