I struggled with where I wanted to take the lyrics, and almost considered changing the initial melody, but in the end I settled on something I was happy with. I could tell you there’s a crazy story of how Ready for Launch came about, but I’d be lying. I sat down at my computer and laid down some soft Virtual Riot-style ethnic chords, and it just progressed from there into epic future bass. This was one of the fastest produced songs from start to finish that I’ve done since I started producing. I was really motivated, and it was super fun to work on, so I hope y’all like it. Enjoy!
