Big up @itshousedivided for the opening and title track,  the absolutely incredible "feel the vibration" coming late in the set; a few killer Daft Punk remixes released as free downloads from @hoodpoliticsrecords, including yet another fantastic one from @itshousedivided - Human After All . Continuing our Unison Campout recordings, we have Iggy from the BoomZilla Sound Collective and Ambient Mafia with something a little more groovy to slide you through your hump day. Enjoy!

"There is nothing more meaningful than giving back to the community. It was an honor to share a set of chill vibes to a group of generous campers, all giving back to those in need at the Unison campout 2022."

About Iggy:
Iggy started her music career on the East Coast at the age of 15 as a lead singer and guitarist in a folk-alternative band, Gummy Dinosaurs. When the opportunity came to move across the country to Oakland in 1994, Iggy landed a few blocks from a record store, where she bought her first dance track, making the plunge into DJing. After years of carrying bags of vinyl on her skateboard, visiting friends with decks and sound systems, she built her own system, the BoomZilla Sound. With the help of her best friend, Disco Dianna, the BoomZilla Sound Collective was formed.

The Boomzilla Sound Collective (BSC) is a non-profit organization connecting musicians to collaborate and create a unique audio experience through community, inclusivity and expression. Iggy and Dianna manage the BSC music studio in Oakland to provide a space for the musicians to collaborate, experiment and evolve their art. The BCS curates many events every year for the current and prospective collective members to share their art with people who love music. Their events range from dance parties, live streaming broadcasts, and DJ workshops for aspiring artists.

Solkist, a world traveling electronic ace, guarantees an energetic dance party. Considered to be a “music mixologist,” she has sounds for everyone to jam out to. With her sneaky ninja-beats, bass’d up remixes, and funky jams, Solkist weaves wildly flavorful ear candy. She first fell in love with electronic music in 1995 and began her international house and trance collection. Solkist’s unique flavor bridges the delicious sounds of bass imulsified melodic house, with a kickin’ 4-on-the-floor beat, and instrumental audio for an explosive full-spectral experience!

Growing up in Antigonish (NS), Aryn Benoit has been a part of the festival scene since 2006. With an ear for music and a love of dance, DJing quickly became her passion, and her goal was to keep the dancefloor bumpin’. Aryn can usually be spotted DJing in night clubs around Halifax and Saint John, as well as partaking in the festival circuit each summer. Aryn has shredded the decks with some of the worlds best and Maritime’s finest, including KraftyKuts, A.Skillz, LongWalkShortDock, SkiiTour, Tommy Knuckles, Jackson Strut, and KDZ, among many others. With a love for multi-genre mixes that take you on a journey, Aryn’s mixes are no exception. She prides herself on finding the best in every genre. With an emphasis on house, electro, bass, breaks, and drum & bass, she is sure to keep you on your toes (literally)!
