Right in the heart of our sacred season, we are dropping a gem from the one and only BCee. A veteran of the scene and introduced to us by fellow legend Utah Jazz, BCee has become an integral part of SUNANDBASS over the last decade. From his joyful interviews in 2022, to our joint nights with Spearhead Records in London, BCee embodies the true meaning of SUNANDBASS and therefore will play the closing set this year! 

His new EP “Shelter” is the culmination of BCee’s long standing relationship to SUNANDBASS. BCee captures the Sardinian smells, the warm sun on your skin, the distant echoes of music dancing over the San Teodoro coastline, transforming it into this four track EP that instantly makes us feel at home.

Since their first release for Dispatch in 2019, Genic have gone from strength to strength. With multiple releases and features for Dispatch alongside releases for Sauce Recordings, Sofa Sound and Dutty Audio, the Genic sound continues to evolve.

Two years since their debut album "Rough Nights", the full-length follow-up reflects their growth as artists and reinforces their unique take on the genre. Their sophomore LP, "Process" is packed with filtered funk and that classic Genic sound, but also reveals a deeper, more melodic side to their production.

This 11-track masterpiece includes a stellar collaboration with the celebrated MC, Fokus, adding another layer of dynamism to their already impressive repertoire.

Since inception in 2009, Skankandbass has unearthed some of the freshest talents in the scene and has opened many doors for unsigned artists. Bristol based up-and-comer Creatures has had a breakout 2020.
