If you've ever thought you could do better than some of the music videos out there then here's your chance to prove it. Kmag, Spearhead Records, Addict Clothing and AV1 Production have joined forces to launch a contest for aspiring video directors.
Directors are invited to submit their videos for the track The Siren by Bungle ft. Ayah, the first track from the forthcoming Bungle album, you can download it for free here. Then film and / or animate a video using your own footage, edit it, upload it to http://vimeo.com/groups/kmagbunglevideocomp
There's no brief, the best advice we can give is to use whatever equipment you've got. You can even use your mobile phone and edit it in iMovie, just be creative and use your imagination.
The winner will receive £500 worth of Addict Clothing of their choice and their video will be used as the official music video for the track.

HOW TO ENTER
Upload your entry to Vimeo and add it to our Vimeo group. Feel free to upload it to YouTube and any other video hosting website as well but to be considered for the competition it must be in our Vimeo group.
The deadline for entries is midnight (GMT) September 18th and the winner will be announced by September 26th.

RULES
The footage used in the video must be new, i.e. shot / animated by yourself. You can't use any copyrighted material.
Videos can contain live video footage and / or animation.
You can do anything you like as long as it's creative and contains no nudity, racism, sexism or is deemed offensive in any way.
You can enter as many times as you like but a new video must be submitted each time.
Videos must be submitted by midnight (GMT) September 18th. No late entries will be accepted.
BCee from Spearhead, Andy Commons of AV1 Production and Colin Steven, the editor of Kmag, will judge the competition according to their own criteria and opinion. Number of views on videos or popularity will not be part of or influence the judging. All judging decisions are final.

Cyantific’s debut on RAM shows why he’s been at the top of the D&amp;B game for nearly a decade having made a name for himself as one of Hospital Records’ hottest producers and deadliest DJs. Going solo on the A side ‘Touch Me’ is a track made to surprise the dancefloor. Backing that up is ‘Get Into It’, a team up with close friend and long term collaborator, Wilkinson. 

Cyantific's ‘Touch Me’, is track made to surprise the dancefloor. Crisp jungle breaks and old skool pianos are flourished with vocal cuts that pave the way for an absolutely disgusting drop. A winding bassline pummels the unsuspecting listener and it’s an undeniable assault on the senses until the respite of the second breakdown and an inevitable ‘double screwface’ moment as the track drops again!

Backing that up is ‘Get Into It’, a team up with close friend and long term collaborator, Wilkinson. Taking a fresh approach to a classic Ram ‘bouncing bassline’ formula, this one is all about the groove. Keeping the dance moving with feel good vibes and a sunny disposition, ‘Get Into It’ manages to hypnotise you with simple, yet effective hooks and a mesmerising vocal refrain that won’t fail to stick in your brain.
