This is my version of the Tangerine Dream jam "Choronzon." It originally appeared on the 1983 album "Exit." Every attempt was made to adhere to the track exactly as it was on the album ... except the intro, an extended middle section, and a slightly faster tempo.

Tribute the the legendary Edgar Froese, founding member of the German electronic music group Tangerine Dream. Edgar passed unexpectedly a couple years ago amidst a new, ambitious project with a new lineup. TD has had a pretty impressive array of members throughout the years, including Klaus Schulz, Christopher Franke, Peter Baumann, Johannes Schmoelling & Paul Haslinger, TD carved a path through uncharted waters, literally inventing some of the instruments they used before they were commonly available. This track is my humble attempt to create a commemorative piece in their style.
