Asgarnian No.7 - Tomorrow is a New Day

My brother just bought a midi controller so I tried out the Nexus plugin's Grand piano soft sound in fruity loops and recorded some of my play :)
The music I play are:
London Calling by Michael Giacchino (Star Trek Into Darkness soundtrack)
Mad World by Gary Jules
and my own composition: asgarnian no.1

Recording my music will be much more pleasant from now on! Not only are the Nexus Piano sounds more pleasant than my 20 years old casio's digital piano, I'll also be able to fix any badly played notes in fruity loops although I didn't tamper with this particular recording :)

Asgarnian No.6 "Hope" Rerecorded

This is my take on Smiling by Harry Gregson Williams( from the movie Man on Fire) with a twist!
I recorded my actual play(midi keyboard) and tweaked it a bit in Fruity Loops( I used Pianoteq plugin) and added the orchestra sound for the Lord of the Rings ending.

I'm just a self-taught amateur Piano player wanting to share some of the music I came up with. I was never in any musical school and can't even read sheet music (Hoping on getting some time to learn that one day). Owning an old electric piano (with only 5 octaves as well :( ) I learn what I can by memory with my ear for music, from youtube videos or other sites and helping myself with program Called Synthesia on many occassions as well. Lately I started playing around with my own compositions as well, and I will be sharing them all with you here on soundcloud. 
I love almost any kind of piano music, especially Chopin.

Thanks to Soundcloud for this awesome site. I have heard so many awesome piano pieces here, and all kind of other good music as well, which would otherwise probably never get to me.
