Writer’s block and impostor syndrome are struggles every musician faces—but they don’t have to stop your creativity. Burnout is one of the biggest challenges musicians face.. pushing too hard, running on empty, and losing sight of why we create in the first place. But avoiding burnout isn’t about working less, it’s about creating space for what really matters.

In this episode, we talk about how protecting your health and creativity is like maintaining a car: regular care keeps you running smoothly and prevents breakdowns. We explore finding the balance between working hard and stepping back, trusting God’s timing even when it takes longer than planned, and avoiding the trap of busyness that leaves no margin for meaningful work.
