Recorded in Ethiopia,Addis abeba. An interpretation, with a special Recording setup of the Traditional Track "Yema Tibela Wofe". The Traditional Azmari Instrument used is named "masenko". The recording have been made by adding some spacial effects and waves, to achieve this particular sound.

The Ashes To Machines crew 
have been traveling in more than 30 countries, especially in Africa ,South America and the Middle East. In each place, they give themselves one week to meet and jam with local musicians and to ultimately perform a gig together. This is proof, that music can be an international language to promote peace and culture. The Result is a stunning collection of tracks and unique recordings, most of the time made live or in rehearsals. To preserve the real sound of all these wonderful encounters, the recordings have been made in Stereo. One can be sure that these organic and rare moments are not going to be polluted by technical over production. In trying to preserve the soul of these very special moments, we are very proud to present here the "Ashes To Machines" Collection. A journey into the world of the spirit and soul of musical cultural exchange. Our aim is to preserve & promote appreciation of this unique way of communication. What music can be when it's not subjected to commercial pressure.
