The Tiny Violinist is a YouTube channel dedicated to inspiring young and old violin players alike.  Jonathan Anderson, a young classical violinist, is one of the lead volunteer founders and creators of Symphonies of Hope.  Symphonies of Hope is a volunteer orchestra dedicated to serving kids in poorer regions of the world through orchestra music. Symphonies of Hope, whose core orchestra is located in Quetzaltenango, Guatemala, has become one of the most significant youth orchestras in Central America.  Jonathan Anderson wants to inspire his listeners as The Tiny Violinist, performing hymns, movie themes, and other popular pieces.

In 2015 Jonathan saw violin videos of Taylor Davis and Lindsey Stirling and decided to create his own unique style of video violin performance.  Inspired by the older video version of The Borrowers 1992 produced in the UK, he decided to become The Tiny Violinist.

A jolly little tune we recorded in the spirit o' Christmas! Happy holidays one and all!

Tom Brown is the master behind the guitar & the production duties (and a little backing vocal, but don't tell him I told you..) Sian crooned lovingly & shook a tupperware container full of risotto rice for percussive effect. Tom & Sian shared the labour of the cocktail-piano sparkles, gliding across the keyboard like Torvill & Dean. We also got our Christmas elf, Adam 'White Christmas' White, to play some bass & jiggle the bell on a santa hat, because we couldn't find anywhere to buy sleigh bells in time.

This CD is dedicated to my mother Mary who died on October 19, 2000 and to my father Vincent who encouraged me to record this CD and remains my number one fan.

I have enjoyed my God-given gift to sing.  Here is my first try at singing and producing a CD.  I hope you enjoy listening.
